The hotel's location is very convenient for those who love shopping, with a mall close by. It's also easily accessible from the light rail station. it's not too far from the airport, making it a great choice for travelers.
The bathroom design was poor, with some guests complaining about the bathtub allowing water to flood the floor, and dirty sinks and taps. The towels provided were old and full of holes, which made for an unpleasant experience.

The beds are rock hard , the room was dark and dingy . The staff couldnt speak a word of English .

Great value for money! Rooms were clean and affordable prices were amazing! The gym on the rooftop was a great bonus, as well as the convenient location close to the night markets and street vendors. Appreciated the free tea, coffee, and milo in the morning. Plus, the spacious and comfortable room made for a nice stay.
The reception wasn't always the most helpful, and there wasn't enough toilet paper provided. some of the towels were old and had holes in them.

I had a wonderful stay here! The hotel's location is convenient to both the airport and a nearby mall. I loved that the light rail station was also nearby. The cleanliness of the reception area and my room was impressive. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was great to have tea, coffee, and milo available in the morning too!

The only good things about this hotel were the rooftop gym and the proximity to the local market. The gym had decent equipment, and the view from there was pleasant. the market next to the hotel offered fresh fruits and traditional street food, which was tasty and cheaper than other touristy areas.
First of all, the cleanliness was appalling. The staff didn't care about the dirty sink, old towels, and the musty smell in our room.
